If there is inclement weather
during the day, or the night before, of a
scheduled practice, Henrico County will make a
decision on whether or not to close the fields. Call
the Henrico County Sports Hotline 501-5132 after
3pm. If bad weather occurs after 3:00 p.m., the
decision on whether to close the fields is at our
discretion. If you have not been informed by your coach or
Team Mom by 5:30, assume practice is on. If bad
weather occurs after 5:30 the supervising board member
on duty will make a decision, and will be onsite
